How long will my client need new hair?
The expected lifespan of the hair extensions ranges from 9 to 12 months, or potentially longer. This wide variance depends heavily on a combination of factors, including the customer's proper care regimen, routine maintenance, and daily lifestyle. Consequently, we see customers who repurchase hair at the 5 to 6-month mark and others who successfully retain their extensions for over a year.
Can I color the extensions?
Yes! Since our extensions are human hair, you can color and apply heat.
Going Darker or Toning: This is generally simple and safe. You can use semi-permanent or demi-permanent color. If using K-Tips it is best to not apply color directly on the bond.
Going Lighter (Bleaching): This is not recommended for extensions. The hair is no longer connected to a live root to replenish moisture, and bleach can quickly make the strands dry, brittle, and damaged. If you need a lighter shade, it is best to buy extensions that are already the desired light color.
Best Practice: Always perform a strand test first on a small, hidden piece of hair to see how the color develops and to ensure you like the shade before dyeing the entire set.
When will I receive my order?
You will receive an email once your order is placed with the shipping details. You will receive your order between 7-10 business days compliant on delivery delays and Holidays.
Can my client purchase directly?
We work exclusively with licensed hair extension stylists. This dedication to professional-only distribution allows us to maintain the quality and specialized support required by our industry partners.
What if I need to return my product?
We understand that things happen. We will accept a return no later than 30 days of purchase. Due to hygiene reasons, hair must be unworn and not altered in any way.
